These Website Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) have been created specifically to cover the provision of online services in Australia.

Businesses that might use these T&Cs are freelance writers, editors, researching, etc.

The T&Cs cover the services to be provided, restrictions around what the customer can do with the information and materials obtained as part of the services and how to terminate the services.

You can customise the T&Cs so that they apply to services that are provided on an on-going basis, or where you sell the services in a package i.e. 3/6 month blocks.

The T&Cs are drafted on the assumption that your customer registers online to receive the services.

The T&Cs are drafted on the assumption that a privacy policy will also be housed on the website. If you need a privacy policy, check out our bundles amd save.

If you are providing a regulated service (i.e. sports betting, legal services) these T&Cs are not applicable and must be amended with your specific service in mind.
